Currently driving mission-critical product innovation programs at Citi Global Consumer Bank, while scaling her nonprofit startup WIN: Women in Innovation and exploring a new side hustle in her “spare time”. Maria is passionate about fintech products. She prides herself at doing work that has a positive impact on consumers experience, while generating top line growth. Products and services she has delivered, have helped position Citi as a leader in a highly competitive market. As the Co-Founder and Board Director at WIN, Maria grew the community from 20 to 2500 members and built out the WIN team from 3 to 30, expanding the reach of WIN’s programming from New York to London and San Francisco. Currently, Maria is spearheading a Mentorship Program and building out a Board of Directors to professionalize WIN operations. As a former innovation consultant working with premier innovation consultancies (Fahrenheit 212, SY Partners, and others), Maria has built a strong track record of creating and operationalizing breakthrough products and services for Fortune 500, private equity portfolio companies, startups, and nonprofits.
