The workshop is dedicated to the thought process behind project management, known as Design Mindset. Participants will get the chance to diagnose their design thinking competencies, learn how to implement Design Mindset on a strategy development level, as well as in daily life. During the workshop, participants will take an opportunity to look from above at related personal experiences their relation with personal development - both on the individual and team-oriented level. The workshop is designed for those with practical experience in design thinking, human-centred design, service design and UX design.
Many reports define Design Mindset as a skill of the future. It does not only affect the ability to generate innovative business solutions but also a personal lifestyle approach. Aside from innovation generation skills, design thinking method (and related) plays an important role in developing social skills.
