The workshop is designed for everyone willing to approach service, experience and product design processes to positively affect not only a business value but also the development and profound change for users.

Participants will gain knowledge about designing and building deep value for users while maintaining the principles of sustainable development. Everyone attending the workshop will learn how to build business empathy an take a challenge to redesign the everyday spaces to suit the deep user needs.

Business and design can and should take responsibility for designing the wide spectrum of the world we live in. For most of us spend a big chunk of time between work and home. Also, never before have so many people have lived, worked and ate alone. As a result, people often avoid looking at others because of smartphone screens, while unplanned encounters make them feel uncomfortable. Are we able to redesign social interactions and values outside the business?

Speaker:

  • A passionate design researcher starting from the accumulation of seemingly chaotic information, ending at solid conclusions and recommendations. She focuses on qualitative research that is used in the empathizing phase.
