Speaker of DtB Summit
Alistair manages the implementation of user research, interaction design, usability testing, interactive prototyping and service design across PDR International Centre for Design and Research commercial activity. He specializes in combining user research and prototyping to inform design decisions and reduce business risk. His experience spans from devices and consumer goods to services for the public and private sector. Alistair is also exploring the current progress in service prototyping through an academic study, trying to understand how the practice can be moved forward by looking at prototyping principles found in other design disciplines.
